Marco Schleicher is an Austrian director and writer. Previously, he worked in the Assistant Director and Casting department for film, TV and theatre. From 2015 to 2018 Marco lived in London. He has worked on a range of projects; from Blockbuster movies (including “Terminator”, “Hellboy” and “Angel Has Fallen”) to High-end TV drama (including productions for Netflix and Amazon). Since 2019 Marco develops a TV series with the public Austrian TV (ORF). The project recently got funded by the Austrian Television Fund - RTR and the Lower Austrian Film Fund (both on production level). Currently, Marco also works on a feature film together with the production company Film27; the movie has already been funded twice by the Austrian Film Institute (script and project development).
